This is the device that automatically kneads and extrudes fresh pasta in seven different shapes. Eliminating the strain of hand-kneading, the mixing bowl’s paddle automatically combines flour and eggs and moves up and down to mimic hand-kneading, thoroughly developing the dough’s gluten–the key to light, silky fresh pasta. When the dough is smooth–after approximately 20 minutes of kneading–simply pull the side lever to extrude the dough through one of seven interchangeable pasta shaping disks. Makes up to 3 lbs. of spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, lasagna, angel hair, rigatoni, or bucati. The pasta maker has a powerful, 300-watt motor and its mixing bowl, paddle, and extrusion disks remove easily for hand washing. Pasta shaping disks are made from durable brass and plastic.
